Pirelli tyres: premium tyres for Estonian roads
Pirelli was founded in Milan in 1872 and is still headquartered in Italy, with 18 plants in 12 countries. Since 2011 it has been the sole tyre supplier to the Formula 1 World Championship — the origin of the P Zero name and technology. Much of the European supply is made in Italy, Romania and Turkey.

P Zero (PZ4), P Zero Sport and P Zero Luxury
Pirelli's top summer tyre: the Sport version for sports cars and powerful saloons, the Luxury version quieter and more comfortable for premium saloons and SUVs. Most sizes are car-maker homologated.
Cinturato P7 (P7C2) and Powergy
P7 is the everyday premium summer tyre for mid-size and premium cars, focused on fuel economy and wet grip. Powergy is Pirelli's more affordable summer tyre built on the same technology.
Winter Sottozero 3 and P Zero Winter
Central-European winter tyres: wet and slushy roads, higher speed ratings. Suited to powerful cars driven mostly on maintained roads; for deep Nordic winter choose Ice Friction.
Ice Friction and Winter Ice Zero Asimmetrico
Pirelli's Nordic friction tyres for ice and packed snow — a softer compound and denser siping than Sottozero. 3PMSF-marked, the stud-free choice for an Estonian winter.
Scorpion Winter, Scorpion Winter 2 and Scorpion Ice Zero 2
Scorpion is Pirelli's SUV and crossover line. Winter is the Central-European winter tyre, Ice Zero 2 the studded tyre for deep winter; summer versions are in the same line.
Winter Ice Zero 2 and Cinturato Winter 2
Winter Ice Zero 2 is Pirelli's studded car tyre for icy roads (factory-fitted studs); Cinturato Winter 2 is a Central-European style winter tyre for smaller cars with the 3PMSF mark.
Frequently asked questions
What do MO, * or N0 in a Pirelli tyre name mean?
They are car-maker homologations: MO is Mercedes-Benz, * is BMW, N0/N1 is Porsche, AO is Audi. The tyre has been tested and tuned for that maker's cars; for the same model it makes sense to choose the same mark.
Is a Pirelli winter tyre suitable for an Estonian winter?
It depends on the pattern. Ice Friction and Winter Ice Zero Asimmetrico are Nordic friction tyres for ice and snow; Winter Sottozero 3 is a Central-European winter tyre better suited to maintained roads. For studded driving there are Winter Ice Zero 2 (cars) and Scorpion Ice Zero 2 (SUVs).

Pirelli has 18 plants in 12 countries, including Italy, Romania, Turkey and Germany. The country of manufacture is moulded on the sidewall.
