Westlake tyres: the main line of China's largest maker
Westlake belongs to Zhongce Rubber Group, in business since 1958 and by its own account China's largest tyre manufacturer, selling in more than 160 countries. The Westlake brand was created in 1995 and, in the maker's words, covers the full product line; the same maker's other brand is Goodride.
Winter is where Nordkit's Westlake range is largest: Z507 as a Nordic-style friction tyre, SW608 and SW618 as Central-European winter tyres, SW628 for SUVs and SW612 for vans. For year-round driving there is Z-401 with the 3PMSF mark, for summer Z-107 and Z-007 for everyday cars.
Westlake is a sensible choice when a car covers few kilometres or a decent tyre at a moderate price is needed. The EU label shows fuel efficiency, wet grip and noise class exactly as for any other brand, so the comparison is fair.

Stud-free car winter tyres: a Central-European siped pattern for snow, slush and cold wet roads, 3PMSF-marked. SW618 is the newer generation.
SW628
SUV and crossover winter tyre with a higher load rating, stud-free, 3PMSF-marked.
Z507
Nordic-style stud-free winter tyre for ice and packed snow, 3PMSF-marked — Westlake's most common winter pattern in Estonia.
Z-401
All-season tyre with the 3PMSF mark, meeting Estonia's winter-tyre requirement. Suits a low-mileage city car that does not drive in deep snow.
Z-107 and Z-007
Everyday summer tyres for mid-size and smaller cars; Z-107 comes in more sizes.
